  • When is it? Virtual Program Kickoff is late October 2017 and the program runs until April 2018. Each month includes one in person session, virtual learning opportunities, group coaching and access to online resources. 
  • Where is it? Join virtual sessions directly from anywhere! In person sessions are held at the Holiday Inn in Red Deer, Alberta.

The LEAD Program covers a broad range of topics based on the MKH Leadership Competency Model

With a blend of in-person workshops, group coaching, and online classroom sessions, leaders move through a process of learning and discovery in three areas: Personal Mastery, Leading Others, and Human Systems Acumen. 

The program uses self-awareness assessments, skills training, and human systems development to ensure leaders manage effectively up, down, and across organizational boundaries.
